The trial over election fraud in Arizona's gubenatorial election will resume tomorrow.  The state Supreme Court reversed a dismissal prvviously entered by the trial court and ordered the case to trial.  The key issue is fraudulent signature verification on mail in ballots in Maricopa County.  Republican gubenatorial candidate Kari Lake is seeking to overturn the election based on election fraud.

One hopes for a result like what happened with election fraud in the German state of Berlin, where the election result was thrown out by the Constitutional Court and a new election called.  In the new election, the center-right CDU scored in first election victory in the state in decades and now leads the government there.
