FLASHBACK: Schiff Claimed ‘Damning’ Evidence Of Trump-Russia Collusion. It Was Democrat Hoax, Durham Report Shows | Eastern North Carolina Now

Special counsel John Durham's report on the Department of Justice's conspiracy-fueled investigation into alleged Trump-Russia collusion again raises questions about Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and the extent to which he may have knowingly misled the American people.

Schiff prosecuted former President Donald Trump in the court of public opinion for years while the congressman served as the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee. In 2017, Schiff was the committee's ranking member and privy to classified information not released to the public. He claimed that the evidence against Trump was "damning."

"We continue to fill in all of the missing pieces, but we do know this: the Russians offered help, the campaign accepted help, the Russians gave help, and the president made full use of that help. And that is pretty damning whether it is proof beyond a reasonable doubt of conspiracy or not," Schiff said during a December 2017 appearance on CNN.

The California Democrat lectured the then-president on the importance of integrity and honesty in public office.

"The president believes this investigation is an attempt to undermine his legitimacy or credibility. It is not," Schiff said in March 2017. "When a president of the United States makes claims that are proved baseless, it weakens the presidency and undermines our security and standing in the world."

"Cherish the trust and hope that was placed in you by virtue of your office by never again advancing claims that you know - or should know - are simply not true," Schiff said.

After a four year investigation, Durham has debunked Schiff's claims, stating that the FBI opened up the investigation into Trump, code-named Crossfire Hurricane, "during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence." The FBI's treatment of Trump differed starkly from its treatment of the Clinton campaign, according to Durham.

And NOW, this Poll from 5 1/2 years ago on Beaufort County NOW!

Considering that ancillary investigations orbiting the Mueller investigation into possible Russia collusion by the Trump campaign (still unfounded), now discovering founded improprieties and probable corruption by many Democrats their sworn bureaucrats, and now stretching back over 9 years: Should a second Independent Prosecutor be appointed to fully discover, indict and convict those corrupt?
No, it is a diversion from convicting President Trump.
Yes, America needs to return to its lost status as a Nation of Laws, dictated by the Rule of Law.
I have not yet received proper direction from late night talk show hosts.

"Unlike the FBI's opening of a full investigation of unknown members of the Trump campaign based on raw, uncorroborated information, in this separate matter involving a purported Clinton campaign plan, the FBI never opened any type of inquiry, issued any taskings, employed any analytical personnel, or produced any analytical products in connection with the information," Durham's report says.

The FBI's investigation rested significantly on "investigative leads provided or funded (directly or indirectly) by Trump's political opponents," which the bureau pursued without "adequately examin[ing] or question[ing] these materials and the motivations of those providing them," the report says.

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) ended Schiff's stint on the intelligence committee earlier this year.

"Integrity matters," McCarthy said in January, adding that Schiff used his position on the committee to lie to the American public "again and again."

Considering what has happened to our Representative Republic since the corruptive orthodoxy that led to the tolerated abomination - The Russia Hoax - where felonies were perpetrated upon the American People by the creation of the Two Tiered Justice System, in the misnomer of "Social Justice:" Where do you stand on sustaining our constitutionally guaranteed freedoms in a society where injustice is chronically sanctioned by one political orthodoxy?
I believe in a perfected society by employing a higher governmental authority to train the behavior of the public.
The United States Constitution does not allow just a few freedoms, it guarantees ALL freedoms promised to Humankind by God.
Just don't take away my Social Media.

In light of continued developments, primarily since 2008, there exists in these United States a Legal System which operates on a proved Two Tiered approach to justice rendered, which primarily benefits Democratic Elites and Woke Ideological Virtue Signalers, representing their co-dependent wards, to the expressed exclusion of normal hardworking American citizens: What is your suggestion in remedying this widespread injustice and, if not corrected, its existential outcome for our Constitutional Republic?
Complete overhaul of the Department of Justice and their enforcers - the FBI - to reflect a far more honest justice system to keep patriots remaining calm.
Disband the FBI, and request that congress investigate all unethical and non patriotic practices to partially right the wrongs of a distrusted and politically weaponized "Department of Justice."
Continue with the current system since the two tiered justice system has been so remarkably beneficial to Democratic Socialist political hegemony; chronic distrust in institutions notwithstanding.
