McCarthy reportedly gave Democrats secret concessions to vote for debt bill | Eastern North Carolina Now

In addition to surrendering on almost all issues in the deficit ceiling bill itself, and almost tripling the amount of the debt ceiling increase from what the Democrats first asked for, there are reports that Speaker Kevin McCoward . . . err. . . McCarthy also gave Congressional Democrats some other secret concessions to get them to vote for the bill.  In the end, more Democrats in Congress voted for the bill than Republicans, which is a good gauge of whose side the bill favored, with 165 Democrats but only 149 Republicans, including NC-3 RINO big spender Greg  Murphy, voting for it.

Now "China Mitch" McConnell is going full bore in the Senate to back Biden's deficit increase.

The late Congressman Walter Jones, who never voted for any debt increase bill, must be spinning in his grave over what his unworthy successor Murphy did on this bill.

Good to see that Beijing controlled snake McConnell losing his touch as almost 2/3rds of Republicans rejected his shilling for Biden this time. It is long past time to change minority leaders in the Senate and vacate the chair in the House. Who knows what secret deals that snake McCarthy made with House Democrats. This rotten deal is going to be a continuing problem until we ditch McCarthy.
