Ireland's Green Party calls for suppressing free speech "for common good"

"Green" political forces are part of the globalist movement which has not been a fan of free speech. Since free speech is a cornerstone of democracy, that means they are not so fond of democracy either.

Now the Green Party in Ireland is openly saying the quiet part out loud, advocating the suppression of free speech "for the common good". Goose stepping all over freedom of speech is tyranny and tyranny is NEVER for the "common good". Unfortunately, Ireland has an ultra-progressive government, so suppression of free speech is indeed likely to take root and expand in that country. Look for failure to support the climate narrative to be made a crime.

While polls show support for "Green" political parties collapsing across Europe, they are still in a position to do a lot of damage.

As George Orwell wrote, "Freedom of speech is your right to say what I don't want to hear".

Back in the day, people like you called MLK a marxist and much, much worse. How about just admitting blacks have been treated like crap and pledge to do better?

Since the "idea of BLM" is Marxism, you have just 'fessed up that you support Marxism, Bolshevik Bob. Two of the three co-founders of BLM said themselves they are "trained Marxist" while the third co-founder seems to have just been a Marxism who had not had the training in the ideology.

If you just want to support the concept of civil rights for black people, there are respectable civil rights groups with a track record of fighting Jim Crow and segregation back in the day like the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE). You do not have to go full blown Marxist with BLM.

And while the BLM has its own history of violence, ANTIFA is the one that outdoes them all. Proud Boys, while no prize, has not even come close to the level of violence of ANTIFA, and it is all over the world.

I have always said violence is not the answer. I do not support those that are violent.
That said, I do support the idea of BLM, (anarchists, not so much), because African Americans are sick of second class treatment.
I do not support the Proud boys because violent or not, they are NAZI scum. And even on their best behavior there is not such thing as a good NAZI.

I like the fact that those eco-extremists are getting more and more pushback. There was an incident in the UK recently, where they were blocking school children getting to class on time and the school children didn't want to be punished for being tardy so they used force to make their way through the eco-mob. I have also enjoyed some videos in the Uk and Germany of motorists picking up the eco-mob members and none too gently removing them from the road. There was a case in Germany where eco-mob members called the cops on motorists doing that and were told by the cops that under German law the motorists had a right of self defense to remove them from the road. The classic was a video from the UK where the eco-mob had glued itself to the pavement so they could not be removed easily. The video showed a motorist unzipping his fly and then a stream of what was obciously urine directed all over a protester who was glued to the pavement and could not get away from it.

The way the far left's totalitarian "hate speech" laws work is that people are fully free to hate the "disapproved" groups and individuals but not to say anything remotely negative about any of the "approved / protected" groups and individuals. They are designed to impose an ideological agenda by bully tactics.

A rising level of violence is from the environmental extremists, who are vandalizing cultural items from buildings to famous paintings, slashing tires, and blocking roads. The last tactic has caused deaths and injuries to real people when emergency transport cannot get through due to climate crazies blocking roads. The climate crazy leaders respond that this is just "collateral damage" and they don't care. When a death results from one of these climate crazy protests, everyone involved in the protest ought to be arrested, tried for manslaughter and given long prison sentences.

I am not at all fond of groups like the Proud Boys, but their level of actual violence is much less than that of Antifa, and Antifa is engaged in violence around the world. A few weeks ago there was an Antifa unit, including an attorney for the far left Southern Poverty Law Center, arrested in Atlanta for domestic terrorism. A couple of months before that, Hungary arrested an Antifa unit that had come into the country to seemingly randomly attack people with extreme violence on the streets of Budapest. Last week in Switzerland, an Antifa gang busted up a restaurant to attack a meeting of young women opposed to illegal immigration, using clubs and knives, injuring 20 of them. Proud Boys are indeed a piece of work, but compared to Antifa, they are almost Boy Scouts.

Read what I wrote carefully. Proud Boys are violent extremest. They can speak, but for me, thats as far as it goes. Each and everyone of them is an a-hole.
