North Carolina should consider this
Illegal aliens are starting to flee Florida. While the state government is cracking down on them in a variety of areas, the one that seems to be having the biggest impact is one that has just gone into effect. Under it, Florida does not recognize drivers licenses issued to illegal aliens by other states.
