Roy Cooper wants to make homes cost more, which is why he wants all that environmental extremists stuff in the Building Code. He is tryiing to use the bureaucracy to make laws, just like Biden. An over powerful bureaucracy is a threat to democracy. It is a good thing our elected legsilators put an end to this crap in this instance. They need to do more or it. This would have just put more cost for the left's climate agenda on homebuyers.
