Texas governor says state has right to defend its border
The politically corrupt DOJ of the open borders Biden regime has demanded that the state of Texas remove its floating border barrier in the Rio Grande that prevents illegal alien migrants from crossing. The Biden DOJ has previously demanded that Arizona remove the makeshift border wall it created from stacking shipping containers, and federal border patrol officials under Biden's control have been caught cutting razor wire barriers installed by the state of Texas so that illegal aliens could pass through.
The Biden DOJ and DHS are conspiring to thwart America's immigration laws to flood our country with illegal aliens.
Texas' governor cited his authority under the state and federal Constitutions to defend his state's borders, and refused the Biden DOJ demand.

Texas should declare the entire Rio Grande River an alligator sanctuary and start releasing alligators there. I'd bet Governor deSantis would donate quite a few.

Biden's border mafia from Joe on down are little more than criminal accessories to the human smuggling criminal cartels of Mexico. Their failure to enforce our immigration laws that are on the books is making those criminal cartels rich from human smuggling. All or almost all states have state laws against human smuggling. Why doesn't the Texas Attorney General open a criminal investigation against the Biden border mafia for being accessories to human smuggling, and prosecute them in state court. They should all be jailed for a long time for what they are doing to our country.
