Just in time for hurricane season, the Biden regime has proposed a new administrative rule to ban sales of almost all gas powered home electric generators. This is just more environmental extremism, or indeed eco-fascism, from an increasingly authoritarian Biden regime.
When some areas are left without power for days after hurricanes, these generators are a lifeline, but Biden wants to ban them, and to do it by bureacucratic decree instead of legislation. That is an authoritarian and highly undemocratic manuever.
As the Biden regime pushes more intermittent and unreliable wind and solar electric generation on us, the need for these home generators will expand exponentially. When the state of South Australia went from dependable coal power to wind and solar, rolling blackouts became a very common occurence, and these portable gas powered generators became a necessity for homeowners there. The same is likely to happen in America, and the Biden tyrants are trying to head it off by banning the generators.
