Federal judge rules Obama / Biden DACA program for illegal aliens illegal | Eastern NC Now
suit was filed by Texas AG Ken Paxton
A federal district court judge has ruled that the DACA program for illegal aliens who claim to have been brought into the US as children is illegal. The lawsuit was brought by Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas who pointed out that it violated federal statutory immigration law and was costing Texas taxpayers milliions of dollars. The Biden regime is certain to appeal and the issue is likely to finally be decided by the US Supreme Court.
Ironically, the RINOs and Democrats are currently trying to remove Paxton from office in an impeachment trial. The RINO House Speaker brought that up immediately after Paxton called for the Speaker's resignation when the Speaker appeared very drunk on the state House floor.

The Obama EO that created this illegal program has been a nightmare. Many more DACA "dreamers" have gone to prison for felonies than have enlisted in our military.
