Biden Admin To Allow ‘Hundreds Of Thousands’ Of Illegal Immigrants To Stay And Work In U.S.

President Joe Biden is allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from Venezuela to stay and work in the U.S. as federal officials insist it would be unsafe for them to return home.
The Venezuelans, who entered the U.S. illegally, can work and be shielded from deportation after the Department of Homeland Security amended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program to allow individuals who crossed into America after March 2021 and before July 31, 2023, to be eligible for the benefits. According to CBS News, the number of Venezuelans who could become part of the program is around 472,000.
"Temporary protected status provides individuals already present in the United States with protection from removal when the conditions in their home country prevent their safe return," Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said in a Wednesday statement. "That is the situation that Venezuelans who arrived here on or before July 31 of this year find themselves in."
DHS said that the move to extend TPS would result in "approximately hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan nationals" being eligible for work authorization.
The move was pushed for by New York City Democratic Mayor Eric Adams, who has frequently complained about the flood of foreign nationals arriving in his city.
"Our administration and our partners across the city have led the calls to 'Let Them Work,' so I want to thank President Biden for hearing our entire coalition, including our hard-working congressional delegation, and taking this important step that will bring hope to the thousands of Venezuelan asylum seekers currently in our care who will now be immediately eligible for Temporary Protected Status," Adams said.
Illegal crossings at the southern border have remained high throughout the Biden administration and, in recent days, have approached record numbers.
From Friday until Monday, an average of 9,000 immigrants a day reportedly crossed the southern border. On Monday alone, more than 9,700 immigrants were reportedly caught or processed crossing the southern border illegally and through ports of entry.
Videos from the border show streams of foreign nationals crossing into the U.S., with many coming in through Eagle Pass in Texas, where the Biden administration has been accused of cutting down razor wire put up by Texas to deter crossings.
Biden announced Wednesday that an additional 800 National Guard troops would be sent to the southern border to help with "logistics and other functions at the border" as Customs and Border Protection struggle to deal with the influx.

Kayla: I am a County Commissioner of a "Border County," here in North Carolina, and I always, without fail, use the word "illegal" when addressing this unconstitutional clustered mess that the Non Patriot Left has delt this nation.

Most of these scoflaw illegal aliens should be called asylum fraudsters as they well know they don't qualify but make up lies to try to game the system. Many just disapprear and fail to show up for court. For those who do show up, at least 80% have their cases thrown out because they never did really qualify for asylum. The asylum game is a big fraud all over the western world and needs to be very severely tightened up.

How many times can you force the word illegal into one article? You do realize that it’s legal to seek asylum (which many of these Venezuelans are pursuing) and that you do not qualify for TPS if you crossed the border without being processed?

The whole asylum process is very badly abused by economic migrants against western countries like the US. Most of those who claim asylum know they do not qualify and are lying through their teeth to claim. They are educated by "woke" NGOs on how to tell lies that will pass muster. It is high time to put a stop to these fraudulent asylum claims. One way is to immediately polygraph those who claim asylum and expose the lies, then eject them back across the border.
Another way to do it is like Hungary. If an asylum seeker is already in a safe country, they are NOT entered to asylum in a third country. When an illegal alien migrant tries to claim asylum in Hungary, they are immediately taken before a magistrate who asks "what country did you enter from?" When they name any country bordering Hungary, the magistrate rules that they came from a safe country and are not entitled to enter Hungary, and orders them immediately ejected back to where they entered from. We could and should do the exact same thing on our southern border. Most illegal aliens are lying to game the system when they claim asylum and they should not be allowed to get away with it. |

Kayla: In the world of what is real, only the Non Patriot Left would allow a fake asylum system to exist that was never about real asylum, but only an excuse to abuse and circumvent our actual asylum laws for the sake of creating this obvious invasion of Illegals; their goal to forever destroy the demographic quality of our society to tear asunder our Constitutional Republic.
That is the stated and long held goal of the Non patriot Left. That is why this Republic is now in jeopardy. This why those citizens that have long been indoctrinated to believe the corrosive lies of the Non Patriot Left are finally beginning to wake up, and beginning to know what is real.
