Is Christopher Wray actually corrupt, or just incredibly incompetent, a sorry bureaucrat's super sorry bureaucrat, or ... Maybe he is both.

Wray is collecting a fact paycheck with all the perks, while doing very little real work ... that is kind of like stealing the public's trust ... Right?

Maybe extreme corruption is a form of incredible corruption.
