Google steers people away from bad Biden news with biased search engine | Eastern NC Now

for an honest and complete search use a mor ehonest search engine

Here is the latest article on the political bias in Google's serach engine, from North Carolina's own John Locke Foundation:

https://www.johnlocke.org/google-steers-people-away-from-bad-biden-news/

This is hardly the first article on this subject or the first site to publish these findings.  Some articles will go farther and compare Google's search results with those of more reliable and honest search engines on politically sensitive subjects.

Another blatant example is the heavy wall of censorship that has descended on YouTube since Google bought them.

For those who want an honest seatch engine, Google's biggest competitor Bing is a big improvement.  Although also liberal owned, it does not display the heavy hand of censorship and bias that one finds at Google.  Better yet are the privacy oriented search engines DuckDuckGo and BraveSearch, especially the latter.  Another bad thing at Google is that they collect and sell your private data, as does Bing.

And it is not just in politics where Google plays favorites.  They do that for financial reasons, too, to favor some over others instead of providing honest search results.  Here is the latest example of that problem:

Haven't used those propagandists at Google for years. There are better and more honest alternatives out there which do not invade your privacy like Google does. Even my Android smart phone is de-Googled, all the Google crap taken off of it and replaced with stuff from privacy-oriented providers.
