The independent presidential candidate spoke out about the Colorado Supreme Court's ruling to keep former President Donald Trump off the ballot.

Mr. Kennedy, who announced on Oct. 9 that he would run for president in 2024 as an independent instead of as a Democrat because the Democrat National Committee was “rigging the primary,” has expressed his disapproval of the decision several times since.

He wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Colorado Supreme Court ruling makes America look like a Banana Republic. Why doesn’t every American understand that if they can do this to a former US President, EVERYONE is vulnerable to punishment for crimes with which they have never been convicted. Democracy would be a total shambles.”

In another post on the platform, Mr. Kennedy wrote: “If Trump is kept out of office through judicial fiat rather than being defeated in a fair election, his supporters will never accept the result. This country will become ungovernable.”

He reiterated his stance in an interview with The Epoch Times.

“I think we are seeing more and more this sinister and troubling trend of democracy being downgraded. We’re headed to a system where the elites pick our leadership,” Mr. Kennedy said.

“It’s like the old Soviet Union, where party leaders pick the leadership. Federal agencies have been weaponized as political tools against the American public to suppress anyone from running except the chosen leaders.

“I’m not a fan of Trump, but I want the American people to decide who represents them, and I want to win on a level playing field and in a fair fight, not by a judicial intervention coming in and getting rid of people they don’t like.”

I don't want either Trump, Biden, and Kennedy run for office because those Three Stooges are too old to run anyway. If the Courts want to remove those old geezers from the ballot it has to happen on one for the three scenarios:
Lock up in a maximum security prison
Suffer mental health
Or die from natural causes.
The desion from two states are nothing but a stunt to get these idiots from both sides in office.

Browny: It is a classic projection of ideals against the foe to vanquish, and finally many of the American people have caught on that something is amiss, and terribly wrong; I would consider it an evil within the Non Patriot Left.

In the first number of months after the Idiot President was sworn in, I was not positive that the Democratic Socialists were as terrible as I suspected. Now I know they were, and are worse that I could ever have dreamed.

It is what I am coining as Institutional Corruption, since it so widespread, condoned, and covered-up at the highest levels spread across the breadth of the insipid, the insidious Idiot Biden Cabinet.

That is the second part of the dictatorship playbook, Bolshevik Bob. Trump up charges on your main political opponent and put him in prison where he can't run against you. Ask Aleksi Navalny in Russia. He was Putin's main political opponent and he is now in a Siberian gulag convicted of fake charges, and he is not the first political opponent of Putin that has happened to. The Venezuelan socialists are also bad for that. One remembers the famous remark to Stalin from his KGB chief, "Show me the man and I will find you the crime".

They tried that recently in Argentina, trumping up fake criminal charges against the conservative frontrunner, Javier Milei but it did not work and Milei is now president of Argentina. I strongly suspect the same will happen with President Trump. Biden and the Democrats will not get away with Putinizing America.

Biden and Putin have huge similarities in how they deal with political opponents:
1) try to remove them from the ballot
2) try to put them in prison
They are probably already fitting RFK,Jr. for an orange jump suit

Of course, Biden himself is too addled to be masterminding this himself, so it is some of those behind him who pull his puppet strings.
