House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) subpoenaed Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis on Friday following allegations that the leftist district attorney fired a staffer who tried to warn her about misusing federal funds. The subpoena is part of the Judiciary Committee's probe into whether Willis used federal funds in her investigation of former President Donald Trump.

Willis, who is pursuing convictions for Trump in a Georgia racketeering and election interference case, has failed to voluntarily hand over documents after the Judiciary Committee requested them multiple times last year, Jordan wrote in a letter addressed to Willis. Jordan said the committee's oversight of Willis' office is "particularly relevant" given the recent allegations that the DA's office misused federal funds and then fired the whistleblower who tried to warn Willis of the misuse, which was first reported by The Washington Free Beacon.

"These allegations raise serious concerns about whether you were appropriately supervising the expenditure of federal grant funding allocated to your office and whether you took actions to conceal your office's unlawful use of federal funds," the letter states.

The Free Beacon reported that it reviewed a recording that revealed Amanda Timpson - an employee in the district attorney's office - met with Willis in 2021 and warned her that one of her campaign aides "planned to use part of a $488,000 federal grant-earmarked for the creation of a Center of Youth Empowerment and Gang Prevention-to pay for 'swag,' computers, and travel."

Timpson was reportedly fired less than two months after meeting with Willis. The DA's office issued a statement after Timpson filed a whistleblower complaint, saying Timpson was a "holdover from the prior administration" who was fired because of her "failure to meet the standards of the new administration."

"In our prior letters, we requested several categories of material relevant for our oversight," Jordan continued in his letter. "However, in response to the recently disclosed whistleblower allegations and as an accommodation, we are prioritizing the production of documents concerning your office's receipt and use of federal funds. Accordingly, please find attached a subpoena for the requested documents and information."

Willis was also subpoenaed in another case last month after court filings showed that special prosecutor Nathan Wade paid for her to accompany him on at least two trips in 2022 and 2023 after Willis had already hired Wade to oversee her RICO case against Trump.

Considering what real news is available for all to witness, and in great specificity, should one pursue what is true outside of the channeled realm of the corrupt corporate /legacy media, and: Is Institutionalized Corruption real, and is it a hindrance to sustaining our Constitutional Republic now, and for future generations of American citizens?

Do you consider Election Integrity an issue of some real importance, or just another conspiracy theory interfering with Democratic Socialist political hegemony?
No, complete access to everyone voting, even in a willy nilly manner, is more important than getting it right by limiting access to those that would commit Voter Fraud.
Yes, the most inalienable right of real citizens of this Democratic Republic is the Right to Vote, and that right shall remain sacrosanct for perpetuity.
  Again, I don't vote and I don't care.

Considering the current overwhelming obstacles inflicting stress upon America's working class: rampant inflation; energy insecurity; supply chain turmoil; banking failures; foreign policy disasters; government corruption; (DEI) Diversity Equity Inclusion narrative, with WOKE extremes practiced; Climate Change ideology; intractable crime wave in Leftist cities; wide open border by executive design; a permanently discredited Legacy Media; failed or failing education industry, just to name a few of the many: Who should Americans blame?
  Donald J. Trump
  Joseph R. Biden
Leftist controlled Congress for the last 4 years.
Bloated, incompetent bureaucracy weaponized and poorly managed
The electorate, US, for putting these fools in elected office that utterly fail

In light of continued developments, primarily since 2008, there exists in these United States a Legal System which operates on a proved Two Tiered approach to justice rendered, which primarily benefits Democratic Elites and Woke Ideological Virtue Signalers, representing their co-dependent wards, to the expressed exclusion of normal hardworking American citizens: What is your suggestion in remedying this widespread injustice and, if not corrected, its existential outcome for our Constitutional Republic?
Complete overhaul of the Department of Justice and their enforcers - the FBI - to reflect a far more honest justice system to keep patriots remaining calm.
Disband the FBI, and request that congress investigate all unethical and non patriotic practices to partially right the wrongs of a distrusted and politically weaponized "Department of Justice."
Continue with the current system since the two tiered justice system has been so remarkably beneficial to Democratic Socialist political hegemony; chronic distrust in institutions notwithstanding.
