House investigators have been stonewalled by Joe Biden's brother James when asked for loan documents on payments within the Biden crime family called "loan repayments" on cancelled checks, including one for $200,000 to Joe Biden himself. Now we know why. James Biden has finally admitted that no loan documents exist for these transactions. He is now facing the music on testifying to Congress.

And, as usual, the politically corrupt propagandists of the self-styled "mainstream media" are hushing up this scandal. These transactions were clearly structured falsely as "loans" to avoid taxes. Imagine if an ordinary taxpayer not named Biden did that.
Meanwhile, in the court of public opinion, Americans are beginning to figure out that the Bidens are crooks. A recent poll of likely American voters by the respected UK-based pollster YouGov for the British news magazine The Economist found that 67% beleive that Hunter Biden personally profited from his father's position as vice president and that 53% believe that Joe Biden personally profited by Hunter Biden's business dealings.

What just fell apart was the Biden subterfuge that these transactions were loan repayments. The evidence required by IRS laws and regs for something to be a loan are the loan documents. James Biden just admitted that there are none of those.
This issue is before Congress but not the courts as yet. How much you wanna bet that the corrupt Biden DOJ and IRS looks the other way? They would not do that for a taxpayer whose name is not Biden. |
