What just fell apart was the Biden subterfuge that these transactions were loan repayments. The evidence required by IRS laws and regs for something to be a loan are the loan documents. James Biden just admitted that there are none of those.

This issue is before Congress but not the courts as yet. How much you wanna bet that the corrupt Biden DOJ and IRS looks the other way? They would not do that for a taxpayer whose name is not Biden.
