Medicare Advantage provides health coverage to more than half of the nation's seniors, but some hospitals and health systems are opting to end their contracts with MA plans over administrative challenges.

Greenville, N.C.-based ECU Health stopped accepting Humana's Medicare Advantage plans in January.

The Biden-Harris regime has made moves against Medicare Advantage, so this is hardly unexpected. Previous posts on the BO have pointed out those moves. At the very least the actions of the Biden-Harris regime will raise the cost of Medicare Advantage to the many seniors who use it. Hypocritically, Harris has been attacking Republicans for being a "threat" to Medicare, when it is her own administration that is gutting it.
