Biden's annouced regulations which stand the Title IX that was passed by Congress on its head and by executive fiat removes protection of women and transfer that to transgenders and sexual orientation. is meeting resistance in the states. Florida Governor Ron deSantis has declared that his state will fight any effort by Biden to impose Biden's reinterpretation of Title IX in Florida. Biden announced his reinterpretation earlier this week, and Oklahoma has also joined the fight against Biden's distortion of the law.

Biden regime officials have said they will impose the new provisions on public schools and this has generated the pushback from states.

Florida Commissioner of Education Manny Diaz declared that "Florida will right this . . .no educational institution shall begin implementing any changes." He observed that Biden's actions "maim the statute beyound any recognition."

What will schools in North Carolina and particularly Beaufort County do? Truitt is useless at DPI and the Cooper-appointed state school board and far lefties who probably are cheerleading what Biden is doing. That is going to leave it up to each of our counties to fight this. Education establishment hacks like Cheeseman are not going to stand up for our students on this, and a majority of our county school board are Cheeseman's sock puppets.
