In what was termed a parents rights bill, the Tennessee House by a wide margin joined the state senate in passing a bill that creates a felony criminal offense for adults assisting children to obtain genital mutilation surgery or "puberty" b;pcker" drug treatment. The puberty blockers drugs are the same as used for chemical castration. Governor Bill Lee is expected to sign the bill into law, making Tennessee the first state that has taken such action to protect children from having their bodies permanently ruined by the "gender affirming" charlatans.

Recent studies by the UK's National Health Service have shown that most gender confused children naturally grow out of it as they get older and adjust to their correct biological gender.

There are already lawsuits being filed against these Josef Mengele doctors in multiple states and countries, including North Carolina. What we need to do is strengthen the law in favor of the child victims of these charlatans.

Given your totalitarian viewpoints, your stance on this is not surprising given that it was a Nazi war criminal doctor who performed the two very first sex change operations in the world.

What is really needed is a civil liability law to help the detransitioners sue the monsters who destroyed their bodies like the Frankestein doctors. For example, any current resident of North Carolina who has had their body wrecked by gender transition surgery or drugs anywhere in the country, should be able to sue in North Carolina against the monsters who deformed them. There should be no statute of limitations and juries should be able to award punitive damages.

With a robust civil liability law like that, the Josef Mengele style doctors who do this to children would not be able to get medical malpractice insurance and would be put out of business.
