Biden's illegal rewrite destroys protection of women to pander to transgenders

ENCNow

Oklahoma's Superintendant of Public Instruction Ryan Walters has announced that Oklahoma public schools will continue to recognize Title IX as it was passed by Congress 40 years ago instead of the Biden's regime's attempt to rewrite it.  As passed by Congress, Title IX protects womens rights in education.  Biden's attempt to rewrite it by executive fiat drops that protection and replaces it with protection of "gender identity" and "sexual orientation".

"President Biden deciding to rewrite Title IX is one of the most radical and illegal moves we've ever seen from the federal government. It's an attack on our states, It's an attack on our families.  And it's an attack on our young women and girls." Walters declared "We will not stand for this in Oklahoma."

The state of Florida has also announced that it will refuse to recognize Biden's attempt to rewrite Title IX in its public schools, and Franciscan University has refused to accept it at the college level.

That is the way Biden and his handlers operate - totally lawless scoflaws. They have done the same thing with immigration law, refusing to follow what Congress has duly passed and trying to rewrite it with executive orders and regulations that fly in the face of our duly adopted immigration laws. Now lawless Biden is trying to do the same in education. The threat of dictatoship in our country is coming from Biden and his handlers, and it is coming on multiple fronts.
