legal scholar Alan Dershowitz blasts Judge Merchan for bias, abuse

Longtime Harvard Law School professor of Constitutional Law Alan Dershowitz, one of the country's top legal experts, sat on the front row for Judge Merchan's handling of the Trump case and was appalled at what he saw. Dershowitz is a registered Democrat who voted for Biden, but he sees Merchan as abusing his position to take sides in the case.

Discussing what he saw in the courtroom, Dershowitz declared, "I rolled my eyes when the judge made some rulings that were absurd. Any first year evidence student would understand that he was making biased rulings n favor of one side."

But then what did we expect from a judge who is a political contributor to Joe Biden and was handpicked by DA Alvin Bragg? This is a kangaroo court that is a huge embarassment to our country.

I have seen some of Dershowitz' writings and heard him on the radio today. He described this Manhattan court as well as the International Criminal Court as "out of control" and a threat to democracy and the rule of law. Indeed, he called Merchan's court the most "Sovietized" court he has ever seen. I guess that is perfect for this Stalin Show Trial that is being orchestrated. Dershowitz also described how Merchan himself was personally out of control.

Dershowitz said that America already had six bananas on his banana republic scale, with ten being full banana republic, and could still add anohter banana or two depending on further developments in this trial. He also got into how the Biden DOJ raid on Mar-a-Lago was badly mishandled.

Liberal Democrat legal scholar Alan Dershowitz knows a whole heck of a lot more about the legal process and whether it is being conducted fairly or not than a far left internet troll like Little Bobbie who is suffering from a bad case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
