The five key issues now under consideration by the US Supreme Court | Eastern NC Now

this is why the left is now attacking Supreme Court justices

ENCNow

The Democrats, their media allies, and the rest of the left has been attacking the Supreme Court and particular conservative justices recently.  The reason is all the key cases now in front of the court.

Key cases up for decision at the present term of court include:

1) First Amendment, free speech - Cases challenging Florida and Texas laws against big tech censorship and a case from Missoui's Attorney General challenging the Biden regime's censorship of social media.

2) gun rights - two key gun rights cases are in front of the court

3) abortion - the case involving abortion pills is before the court

4) Trump cases - the presidential immunity case is before the court and there is potential for an expedited appeal of the Manhattan case

5) federal agency power - the court has a case that may overrule the Chevron doctrine, which would create more limits on federal bureaucratic rulemaking, something that is badly needed.

So, this is why there are so many attacks by the Democrats and their media allies on the Supreme Court at this time.  It is all about intimidating the court.
