Massive protests in Brazil to support free speech and protest gov't censorship of social media | Eastern NC Now

People took to the streets in droves in Brazil Saturday, the country's independence day, to support free speech and protest their leftwing globalist government's censorship of social media, particularly its banning of Twitter / X.  The  anti-censorship protests in the city of Sao Paulo alone were estimated at half a million people.  The protests were led by immediate past President of Brazil Jair Bolsonaro and their target was Alexandre de Moares, a hard left globalist Supreme Court justice who is the power behind the throne of socialist President Lula.  It was de Moares who issued the ban on Twitter.

Former President Bolsonaro pointed out that the fight against censorship was ongoing in Brazil, telling the people "I hope that the federal Senate puts the brakes on Alexandre de Moraes, this dictator who does more harm to Brazil than Luiz Lula da Silva himself."  Unfortunately, organizations funded by the Biden-Harris US State Department are part of the organization pushing censorship in Brazil.

Meanwhile, none of the US MSM are even reporting on the public disgust at government censorship in Brazil.

Here in the US, free speech is also on the ballot, and Elon Musk is warning that if Kamala Harris is elected, the US will be facing the same censorship regime as in Brazil.  If we want to preserve our freedom of speech, we must return President Trump to office.

It is not just Blar.  Germany's far left Green Party is also calling for a ban on Twitter and TElegram.
