Transportation costs are a factor is the cost of almost everything, and energy costs are a big part of transportation costs. Energy costs themselves also factor into the cost of almost everything. The series of energy-related executive orders issued by Biden-Harris in the early days of their reign had an almost immediate impact on energy prices, like gasoline which have stayed elevated since then. The falsely named "Inflation Reduction Act" which was really Green New Deal policy created a lot more deficit spending that caused inflation to INCREASE, not decrease. The cost of electricity itself is also increasing due to the Biden-Harris push for expensive and unreliable wind and solar to replace cheap and dependable conventional energy.

Most of the actions of the Biden-Harris administration that have led to high inflation have been related to their misguided climate crusade.
