What Biden did, and there is a lawsuit filed by the state of Missouri over it, was to use the aura of the White House and government to dictate to social media companies what they had to censor on their sites. That is a massive attack on free speech. Biden and Harris also tried to set up a "Disinformation Governance Board" for the same purpose, but there was so much pushback against that attack on the 1st Amendment that he cancelled it.

Biden - Harris attacks on free speech have been multi-faceted ranging from pushing social media to censor certain viewpoints, trying to set up what Orwell called a "Ministry of Truth" with their failed Disinfomration Control Board, and funding foreign organizations promotign censorship of political speech in their own countries like Brasil.

Democrats are all in for dictatorship, which is why they attack free speech and why they try to dismantle all the checks and balances in our government. Them calling Trump a dictator would be about like Hitler calling the British government a dictaroship.
