Freedom of speech is the cornerstone of democracy. Without it democracy cannot exist. In America, free speech is guaranteed by our First Amendment to the Constitution.
Joe Rogan, one of the most listened to podcasters has come out on his podcast declaring the Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are a threat to our First Amendment freedom of speech.

Meanwhile rabid climate alarmist John Kerry, who has been the Biden-Harris "climate czar" and former Secretary of State for Obama, has attacked our First Amendment at a WEF globalist conference in New York, calling it a "major block" to the progressive agenda. He said he wanted government to be able to "crack down" on what he called "misinformation" and "disinformation" which generally means disagreeing with the government narrative. This is a totalitarian statement and this authoritarian Kerry does not belong anywhere in a small "d" democratic government. He is an enemy of democracy.

The way I see it is that the decline of the USA began with the Clintons.
When Hillary taught the world that the "Ends justify the Means." All integrity, standards, and morals was set aside. Take for example Democrat Senator Reid telling outright lies abt Mitt Romney. When Reid was exposed after Romney lost the election, his reply was: "Well it worked didnt it." Sad to say, but Republicans have reached a point now, where they must fight fire with fire. Turning the other cheek to the cheaters is not going to suffice. The future will not be a happy place for the weak. |

One of the far left power plays that Kamala Harris has already endorsed is neutering the US Supreme Court. If she gets away with that, who will be there to protect our Constitutional rights like the 1st Amendment? Kamala Harris IS the threat to democracy.

Unfortunately, American courts tend to be very gun shy on election challenges and did not let any challenge get to the discovery stage where attorneys could get into really digging in the records to prove their point. This is very shameful about American courts.
