Court approves Missouri ban on chemical castration of children for gender trans | Eastern NC Now

In a case brought by the far left ACLU to try to overturn Missouri's state law banning chemical castration of children, use of cross sex hormones, and similar methods on children, the court heard nine days of testimony from experts from both sides and in a 74 page ruling upheld the Missouri law.  The judge described these practices as "an ethical minefield".  The ACLU plans to appeal.

The favored drug for use as a "puberty blocker" for young boys is the same drug used for chemical castration of rapists.  Bizarrely, the ACLU is dead set against its use on rapists, but thinks it is just fine to use it on innocent young boys whose only problem is to be mixed up about their gender.

European nations have been in the forefront of banning these "treatments" for gender confusion, but many US states have also joined the effort.  European medical and psychiatric experts have pointed out that most gender confusion in children is temporary, and most will normally grow out of it.  The UK's National Health Service now has standards against genital mutilation of gender confused children or use of hormones and other drugs on them, and even recommends strongly against suggesting new names or pronouns.  Scandanavian countries have set similar standards.

Since doctors can make a lot of money off of these gender bender practices, the less ethical doctors are opposing these laws to protect chidlren from them.  Such doctors were plaintiffs in the ACLU case in Missouri.

Meanwhile in Ohio on the "transgender" front, Governor DeWine has signed into law a bathroom bill that restricts school bathrooms and locker rooms to students of the same biological sex, regardless of what crazy ideas may be floating in their heads.  As expected, the crazies at ACLU are pitching a tantrum over it.
