The most recent of a series of polls of Hispanic American voters by the British polling firm YouGov for the major British newsmagaine The Economist finds that a majority of Hispanic voters now have a positive opinion of President Trump His popularity with Hispanics has soared since the election as he has begun structuring his administration.

YouGov's October 15 poll found 35% of Hispanic voters had a positive opinion of Trump and 61% a negative opinion, for an overall 26 point negative opinion.

The Nov. 12 poll found 42% positive and 47% negative, a 5 point negative opinion.

The Nov. 19 poll found it tied with postive and negative views each at 48%

The Nov. 26 poll for the first time gave Trump a positive 3 point advantage with 48% positive and 45% negative.

This is a gain of 29 points for Trump among Hispanics in six weeks.

The NBC News exit polls on election day found that 45% of Hispanic voters voted for Trump and 48% for Harris.  Among Hispanic male voters, Trump received 54% of the vote compared to Harris 44%.  This was a big gain for Trump from 2020, when Trump received 32% and Biden 65% of the Hispanic vote.
