Musk primed to give Farage's Reform Party in UK massive contribution | Eastern North Carolina Now

said to be largest in British political history

After a meeting at Mar-a-Lago between Brexit hero and Reform UK Party leader Nigel Farage, his party treasurer, and Elon Musk, Musk is said to be primed to give Reform the largest political contribution in British history.  Under British campaign finance laws, Musk is allowed to do that through his British domiciled companies.

The Reform Party is a populist nationalist anti-immigration party to the right of the British Conservative Party.  Farage and four other Reform candidates won  seats in the British parliament this year, and they have been steadily picking off local government seats in special elections, including another last week, taking them from both Labour and Conservatives.  Several recent polls have shown Reform now running nationally in second place, ahead of the governing Labour Party and closing in on the Conservatives who currently lead.

A British billionaire who has been a longtime Conservative Party contributor recently switched his support to Reform and there have been several other notable defections including the founder of the Conservative Party's grassroots activist website Conservative Home.

The Reform Party staunchly supports freedom of speech, a key issue for Musk.  Musk recently tweeted that the UK should "make Orwell fiction again" after Labour took further action to suppress free speech.

This is not like the situation between Biden and Soros. Trump has quite a pile of cash of his own. And Trump is term limited and cannot run again, so he does not even need any cash for a reelection campaign. But once Bolshevik Bob sinks his teeth into those far left talking points, he is like a snapping turtle and won't let go, even when the far left talking points are patently absurd as in this case.

Musk is the man with the cash. Right or left, follow the money.

Trump is now a hand puppet.

Wow! Bobbie gets his talking points early. Clay and Buck were just talking on the radio on how the Democrat talking points had just gone out to try to split the partnership between Trump and Musk by pushing the false narrative that Musk is the real president. Bobbie must be better connected with the far left power structure than we thought.

One way to look at it. But with a 5 vote majority, compromises will be made.
MAGA - they can't govern

Who has been president the last four years? It sure has not been Biden.

Musk and Ramaswammy are charged with government efficiency. Kudoes to them for standing up against the ridiculous 1500 page pork barell spending bill A normal continuing resolution is only about 15 pages. Taxpayers do not need to pay for 1500 pages of pork, including even another year of the State Departments slush fund to finance censorship.

President Musk

Who elected him?

Musk and Soros are alike in one way, the objectives for which they spend money are ideological, not self-serving financial, but they are opposite sides of the ideological divide. Soros is a globalist elitist and collectivist. Musk has joined the forces of individualism and liberty, taling a populist appreach. Soros works with groups like the WEF to promote their agenda. Musk works largely independently to promote his own contrasting vision. The area of censorship is a good example where Soros fights for the WEF vision of controlling the narrative through censorship, while Musk fights for free speech for all and against censorship.

New boss, same as the old boss.

He will want something for his cash.

Since GS represented such a negative influence, I'm surprised the far right would just hand Musk the keys. What happens when he turns on you? Cant vote him out. Bahahahahahaaha

The one who has tried to "own us all" for a long time is George Soros who has spent billions promoting leftist collectivist globalism which entail a restriction on individual liberty. Musk is becoming the anti-Soros, an important counterweight to Soros' evil. Musk pushes free speech, for example, while Soros pushes censorship.

Musk wants to defend freedom. Heck, he even does not try to sway Trump's plan to end subsidies on electric cars, something Musk's own company makes.
