America is now confronted with its worst ever case of judical tyranny as leftwing groups judge shop to find far left Obama judges and Biden judges to enter politically motivated and specious political orders against President Trump..  The tool used by these power-grab judges is a nationwide restraining order or injunction. That type of order has always been Consitutional questionable.  The purpose of these orders is to delay popular projects of presidents for a substantial period of time and tie them up in court.  Whether there is any legitmate basis to them or not is beside the point.

While much of the reaction to these outrageous power grabs by politically morivated judges has centered on punishment of the jueges involved.  That is certainly deserved, but a more final solution would be to halt the process.  An attempt to do that through Congress would run into a Democrat fillibuster in the Senate.

The best resolution would be by the Supreme Court itself, which could rule that distriact court judges could not issue such orders to apply anywhere but within their own districts.  There are pending cases where that could be done.  IT is also significant that three sitting justices on the SCOTUS in earlier opinions have expressed concern about the concopt of district court judges entering nationwide orders..

President Trump is not the first president frustrated by federal judges who took power in their own hands.  Abraham LIncoln became so frustrated that he issued an order for the arrent of the chief justice of the United States Supreme Court.  We need to smash judical tyranny and the best way to do it is to take away the main tool of rogue judges, the nationwide restraining order.
