NC Supreme Ct. allows lawsuit against school system for unwanted Covid vax | Eastern NC Now

Guilford County Schools being sued

ENCNow

The North Carolina Supreme Court has ruled that a case for damages for an unwanted Covid vaccine administered to a student through Guilford County Schools can proceed.  When a high school student went to a clinic set up in his school for a Covid test, he was offered a vaccine shot.  He said he did not want it and declined.  He also said he did not have parental permission.  The school-based clinic gave it to him anyway.  Now, he and his mother are suing the school system over it.  The Supreme Court has allowed the case to proceed to trial.
