The violent illegal alien gangsters of MS13 and Tren de Aragua seem to have a number of politically corrupt Obama and Biden district judges in their pocket. First it was crooked Obama judge Boasberg in DC. Now it is crooked Biden judge Brian Murphy in Massachusetts.

Both of these judges do not seem to care about the plain language of the Alien Enemies Act or about the US Surpreme Court decision in 1948 that those deported under the act are NOT entitled to any type of judicial hearing. Instead these arrogant and corrupt political hacks in black robes make up law out of thin air and try to grab power. They and their judicial insurrection are a threat to the Rule of Law and a threat to democracy. They are totally shredding the Constitutional powers of the president and the doctrine of Separation of Powers and even telling the Supreme Court to get stuffed.

This is nothing short of a judicial coup d'etat and it needs to be put down the same way a group of colonels with a column of tanks rolling down Pennsylania Avenue would be. There is not a dimes worth of difference in what they are doing.

There also needs to be an investigation of how much cash MS13 and Tren de Aragua have put into offshore bank accounts of their judge buddies.

The Trump administration is working to get around these politically corrupt federal district judges, and taking their powers under the Alien Enemies Act to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court last ruled on this act in 1948 in the case of deportation under the act by President Truman after the end or World War II of a man who was a legal permanent resident of the US for 30 years. The Supreme Court upheld the validity of the law, and said the man deported had no rights to any type of judicial hearing, and the lower courts had to power to grant one.
