Deep Stater who refuses to remove illegals from Soc. Sec is removed himself | Eastern NC Now

Illegal aliens are, under the law, not supposed to be given Social Security numbers.  At most, they can be given Tax ID numbers.  As was too common with the Biden regime, they disregarded the law and issued Social Security numbers to many illegal aliens.  After DOGE discovered this breach of the law, the Trump administration has moved to clean this up but has met resistance from Deep State bureaucrats.

The man heading Social Security's data operations simply refused to comply with the orders of his superiors to remove the illegal aliens and place them in the "dead file".  They are put in the dead file so that the number will automatically be rejected if anyone tries to use it.  Then, appropriately, security officers arrived and removed the disobedient bureaucrat from his own office so the process could be accomplished.

Two of Biden's programs to circumvent our adopted immigration laws included giving these Social Security numbers to illegal aliens in those programs which accounted for 1.4 million illegal aliens.  There appear to be other illegal aliens even beyond those programs who were illegally given Social Security numbers by the Biden scoflaws.

It is unclear if this arrogant Deep State bureaucrat will be permanently fired, but he certainly should be for this colossal arrogance.  That should simply not be tolerated.
