Trump administration shuts down more offshore wind projects | Eastern NC Now

Industrializing the oceans with offshore wind turbines is a threat to the environment and also dramatically raises electric rates to consumers.  They kill wildlife from whales to seabirds while being one of the most expensive ways to make electricity.  In spite of that, the grifters of the Climate Industrial Complex tried to plant them all up and down the coast under the Biden regime.  Now the Trump administration is taking steps to stop it.

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum has ordered a review of all offshore wind permits issued under Biden, saying they were rushed through without proper evaluation.   Burgum also ordered a halt to construction of a massive wind turbine development off of New York.
