To the self-styled "mainstream media" and to Democrat politicians, Kilmar Albego Garcia is a "Maryland man". They think he should stay in the United States and that the Trump administration should return him here.
The British media have a more accurate description of Garcia. The largest circulation UK daily newspaper, the Daily Mail of London simply calls him a "thug" in their headline.
The Democrats and their media hack allies want to call Garcia an "alleged" member of the violent El Salvador crime gang and terrorist organization MS13. Unfortunately for their spin, the courts have already ruled, back in the Biden years, that Garcia IS a member of MS13. A federal judge at the trial level heard the evidence and ruled that Garcia is a member of MS13. Garcia appealed, and that was affirmed on appeal. He has had his day in court on that issue back in the Biden years, and lost.
Garcia has also been determined by the courts back in the Biden era to be an illegal alien and citizen of El Salvador. He has had his day in court on that issue and lost. He entered and remained in the US illegally. He does not belong in Maryland or anywhere in the United States.
Garcia has been engaged in major crimes. He was flagged by Biden's Department of Homeland Security while driving a van load of illegal aliens through Tennessee as a human trafficker. Unfortunately, with the Biden era lax enforcement, they did not proceed with prosecution for that. Garcia was also arrested in Maryland in connection with a homicide investigation.
Garcia has also been involved in misdemeanor crimes. In fact, his own Maryland wife twice filed complaints against him in court for domestic violence, writing in her own handwriting about the vicious beatings he gave her. She obtained domestic violence protective orders against Garcia.

What part of ILLEGAL do the crooked Democrat judges, Democrat politicians, and liberal media not understand? Our federal court system is an absolute disgrace and is beneath contempt. They need to be put in their place by whatever means necessary. We are saddled with a kangaroo court.

The media have been lying through their teeth about Garcia and doing so deliberately, but what else is new? No wonder the polls have been showing that the American people do not trust the media. They covered up Biden's severe decline. Maybe it is time to put some of those arrogant Democrat judges who are abusing power on those planes to El Salvador, too.
