Major election fraud complaint filed in Germany on recent parliament election | Eastern NC Now

filed by former lawmaker from small center-right Free Democrats

The Good Government Union, headed by Marcel Luthe, a former lawmaker from the small center-right Free Democratic Party, has filed an 80 page complaint with over 200 pages of supporting documents detailing gross irregularities in the recent election for the German Bundestag (parliament).  Luthe is demanding a thorough examination of all aspects of that election.

The populist nationalist anti-immigration anti-woke left BSW has already filed a lawsuit over that election.  The BSW takes traditional leftwing views on the economy and the welfare state but is staunchly anti-immigration, anti-woke, and opposed to climate alarmist measures.  The official results showed the BSW very narrowly missed the 5% threshold to enter the Bundestag, as did the Free Democrats by a slightly larger percentage.  The Free Democrats also take positions opposed to mass migration and to climate alarmism.

Luthe's complaint alleges systematic suppression of the votes of Germans abroad, a group that traditionally favors parties other than the big establishment parties.  It also alleges that central election authorities improperly told election officials across Germany to fail to enforce Germany's Voter ID laws.  It also cites examples of places where more ballots were cast than registered voters and people turned away from voting when election officials claimed they had already voted, which they had not. There were also large numbers of deceased voters whose votes were counted. These irregularities could very well be responsible for both the BSW and the Free Democrats falling just short of entering parliament.

Luthe declared that the German election was "sabotaged according to plan".  Calling the election a "farce", Luthe explained that "when voters outside the country are systematically excluded, that is not democracy.  It is manipulation. This was no accident."

Last year, Germany's Constitutional Court nullified the state election for the State of Berlin for election fraud and ordered a totally new election.  In the new election, the Christian Democrats beat the Social Democrats for the first time in decades.  While European courts have traditionally been more willing to deal forcefully with election fraud, the German Constitutional Court may be somewhat more reluctant to order a new election for the entire country.

Meanwhile, new polling from the respected German polling firm INSA shows that German voters oppose the establishment parties' "firewall" against the populist nationalist AfD by a margin of 46% to 33%.

Germans deserve a totally new election. Hopefully this exposure of fraud will get them one. Over 60% of German voters cast votes for parties calling for a sharp crackdown on illegal immigration, but now with the Social Democrats pulling all the strings, they will not get one. Indeed, as lame ducks, the Social Democrats were busy flying in every illegal alien they could.

Merz of the CDU talked a very good game on immigration in the campaign, but when he announced that he was only going to deal with the leftist Social Democrats on forming a coalition, he gave them an effective veto on all of his conservative promises, and indeed, he has now backed up on every one of them. The Social Democrats lost the election, getting their lowest vote total since 1887, but they still end up in control of the government thanks to that fool Merz, who has probably destroyed his own party with his rotten coalition deal. CDU party members, party leaders, and elected officials are resigning in disgust from the CDU.

Merz has betrayed the German prople and he needs to go.
