Judicial insurrection by corrupt Obama and Biden judges continues in new cases | Eastern NC Now

The unelected, unaccountable political appointees known as Obama judges and Biden judges just keep trying to thwart the Constitution by seizing more and more power that belongs in our Constitutional republic to the president.  This ongoing judicial coup d'etat or judicial insurrection has now been joined by two more politically corrupt Obama or Biden judges making highly partisan rulings on policy.

Now another breed of Democrat partisan judge, this time a Clinton judge has gotten into the game trying to protect illegal aliens illegally voting in our elections.   Radical left Clinton judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, who once openly mocked a Christian woman for praying in front of an abortion clinic, has entered a nationwide injunction on behalf of two far left political groups blocking the Trump administrations efforts to ferret out illegal aliens on state voter rolls and require proof of citizenship to vote.  This came after DOGE accidentally discovered hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens illegally on the Medicaid rolls and many of them also illegally registered to vote.

Meanwhile, a corrupt Obama judge in San Francisco, William Orrick, took another step to try to protect illegal aliens.   He blocked the Trump administration from cutting off federal funds to  sanctuary cities.  These are cities or counties that refuse to cooperate with federal authorities in the arrest of illegal aliens who have committed crimes in the US so they can be deported.  By leaving these illegal aliens free in our communities, they are accessories to these illegal aliens committing further crimes.

Other Obama judges are putting roadblocks in the Trump administration's efforts to end racist and Marxist DEI in our schools.

It is way past time for these arrogant out of control political hack judges to be put in their place.  Lincoln just disregarded the courts and once issued an order for the arrest of a Supreme Court justice for a ruling he thought the justice was about to make.  Andrew Jackson refused to enforce court rulings saying "The judge made the ruling, let him try to enforce it." The ideal situation would be for the Supreme Court to take the matter in hand to try to restore the credibility of the federal courts by severely slapping these judges down.  With Chief Justice Roberts a weak sister afraid of his own shadow and more concerned about disappointing the beltway elite than disappointing the American people, that may not happen.  The next best option would be Congress to impeach each of these partisan judges and hit them all with a boatload of subpoenas.  It should be made so painful to them that no other judge is going to want to be in their shoes.  The last option is for the president, whose powers are being unConstitutionally stripped by these partisan hack judges, to take action himself.
