Judicial coup - Biden judge tries to reinstate Catch and Relase of illegals by court order | Eastern NC Now

The abuse of power to push a partisan political agenda by the radical leftwing Obama and Biden judges just keeps getting worse..  They are unelected, unaccountable political appointees but they think they should make policy instead of the President and Congress who are elected by the voters to do so.

The latest outrage in the ongoing judicial insurrection or judicial coup d'etat comes from a Biden judge in California, Jennifer L. Thurston who thinks she can reinstate Biden's disastrous "catch and release" policies for illegal aliens by court order.  Thurston has signed an order to the Border Patrol  in the eastern district of California that they cannot detain illegal aliens crossing the border or even ask their status unless the Border Patrol can prove they are about the flee.  She ordered the Border Patrol to send her reports on who they stop.

This travesty of a case was filed by the radical left ACLU.  Like Boasberg, this judge did not even have jurisdiction over the subject matter.  Federal immigration law does not give a federal district court judge any jurisdiction in immigration cases UNLESS the case has gone before an immigration judge first, which this case had not.  But like many Obama and Biden judges, she just ignored the law to get the political result she wanted.

So this judge, without the power to do so has ordered the Border Patrol to reopen the border to illegal aliens.  It would be fitting if the FBI were to arrest her for harboring illegal aliens.

America has a badly broken judicial system and it needs to be fixed.
