The abuse of power to push a partisan political agenda by the radical leftwing Obama and Biden judges just keeps getting worse.. They are unelected, unaccountable political appointees but they think they should make policy instead of the President and Congress who are elected by the voters to do so.
The latest outrage in the ongoing judicial insurrection or judicial coup d'etat comes from a Biden judge in California, Jennifer L. Thurston who thinks she can reinstate Biden's disastrous "catch and release" policies for illegal aliens by court order. Thurston has signed an order to the Border Patrol in the eastern district of California that they cannot detain illegal aliens crossing the border or even ask their status unless the Border Patrol can prove they are about the flee. She ordered the Border Patrol to send her reports on who they stop.
This travesty of a case was filed by the radical left ACLU. Like Boasberg, this judge did not even have jurisdiction over the subject matter. Federal immigration law does not give a federal district court judge any jurisdiction in immigration cases UNLESS the case has gone before an immigration judge first, which this case had not. But like many Obama and Biden judges, she just ignored the law to get the political result she wanted.
So this judge, without the power to do so has ordered the Border Patrol to reopen the border to illegal aliens. It would be fitting if the FBI were to arrest her for harboring illegal aliens.
America has a badly broken judicial system and it needs to be fixed.

In the second half of Biden's term, an evenly divided Senate meant evenly divided committees, including Judiciary. ALL of Biden's radical judge nominees during that period COULD have been stopped in committee. The Republican senator who usually broke ranks to let them through, even known and proven radicals was Lindsay Graham of South Carolina. Graham is up for election next year and SHOULD get a strong opponent who can bounce him in a primary.

GONE are the days of the honor system, & honorable men. When we see that even Judges hav become lawless, we know that th USA is about to become an authoritarian nation. When pple cant be trusted to "police" themselves, then many laws must b written to clarity right & wrong. When Americans were seen as a moral people, freedom was easy. The USA didnt need a lot of petty laws to control us. But the pendulum has swung, we are no longer in that world.
Our local Govt officials dont give a damn about WeThePpl, they are out to protect themselves & do as their boss dictates. The local citizens who are just trying to get by, from day to day, are abused & ignored. Trump is trying to right th wrongs, but he cant get fix the local wrongs being done against the people. Citizens will have to demand we be respected & treated as people deserving our RIGHTS be honored & not just trouble-makers when we Speak UP! It reminds me of the local bureaucrat who said "ordinances means whatever we say it means." |

This is absolutely outrageous. Something simply MUST be done to crack down on these arrogant Democrat judges who are abusing power to advance their partisan political agenda. They are utterly despicable and make a mockery of our court system.

The real threat to the Rule of Law these days is from the pompous arrogant political hack Obama and Biden judges who are involved in a power grab against those who were elected to make and carry out policy. The Supreme Court should protect the Rule of Law and the reputation of the court system by smacking them down very hard. If they fail to do so, then Congress should. If nobody else has, then it will be up to the president to try to restore our Constitutional order. Biden and Obama judges function like the Deep State because they are part of the Deep State.
