judicial insurrection against Constitutional government by the people
Our founding fathers said specifically that the judicial branch was supposed to be the weakest branch of federal government, but radical Obama and Biden judges are in the midst of a power grab to try to rewrite the script on the Separation of Powers. In what amounts to a judicial insurrection or judicial coup d'etat, these unelected, unaccountable political appointee judges are trying to grab both executive and legislative powers to force their woke ideology on the country. This is a Constitutional crisis that is a huge threat to democracy.

Thanks to radical district court judges, the Trump administration is having to ask the Supreme Court to overturn them so a radical Biden-created program can be terminated. That program went around existed immigration law as passed by Congress to open a new presidentially created shortcut to bring in hundreds of thousands of unvetted foreigners. When Trump cut that off, Soros funded illegal alien support groups sued in front of a crooked Obama judge. According to these crooked partisan district court judges, Biden can create a program out of thin air with no Congressional approval, but Trump cannot end it the same way.
Here is the latest in the judicial insurrection. A Biden judge in Washington state wants to run our refugee program instead of the president, and block President Trump's executive order to increase the vetting of these "refugees" because many of them come from countries where jihadist terrorism is rampant. ISIS has openly bragged that it was using the refugee flow into Europe to insert its terror operatives. Radical woke Biden judge Jamal Whitehead has ordered the Trump administration to not do the necessary vetting and start bringing 12,000 of these "refugees" into the US, all of whom would immediately qualify for welfare.

President Eisenhower did not have the same Democrat judge problem with his Operation Wetback mass deportation of illegal aliens. Democrat judges then did not try to abuse power to throw up roadblocks for political reasons like the Obama and Biden judges are now. Nobody tried to bog down the operation with whining about "due process" for illegal aliens who themselves failed to give America due process when they illegally breached our border. What these Obama and Biden judges are doing is 100% political and 0% judicial. They are demeaning the entire court system when they play politics that way.

The Constitution is clear in giving the President authority to manage the executive branch and its agencies. It is not supposed to be micromanaged by activist Democrat judges. They did not try to do this with other presidents. When Democrat judges decide to become part of the political "resistance" tey demean their office and the entire federal judiciary. If the SCOTUS will not rein them in, then Congress needs to or the public will lose trust in our federal courts more than they already have.

These damned corrupt Obama judges, and in fact all judges, failed to stop the Biden regime from going around our duly adopted immigration law to make up ways to bring in millions of illegal aliens. Now these corrupt judges are trying to protect those executive actions by Biden that make a mockery of our actual immigration laws.
Unless they wake up and back our immigration laws instead of lawless Biden, then our entire judicial system is so corrupt that it just needs to be abandoned and replaced with something else. Maybe President Trump should take after Presidents Andrea Jackson and Abraham Lincoln and just tell the courts to get stuffed. Lincoln even issued an order for the arrest of the Chief Justice. |

John Roberts seems to be condoning the judicial insurrection instead of stopping it. He is a coward and a traitor. What he is doing is destroying the democratic legitimacy of the federal courts because what they are doing is attacking democracy. Roberts has seemed to be in the Democrats pocket since his wacky ruling on Obamacare. One wonders what they have on him, maybe a compromising photo of Roberts with a barnyard animal? John Roberts is disgusting, a reincarnation of Benedict Arnold.
