Federal judge in PA upholds Trump's deportations under Alien Eneny Act | Eastern NC Now

A deportation case in front of a federal district court judge in Pennsylvania proves that if Trump can get honest judges, he can use the Alien Enemy Act to deport criminal illegal aliens from Tren de Aragua.  The plaintiffs lost this one as their attempt to judge shop did not get them in front of a radical politically-motivated Obama judge or Biden judge.  Instead, the https://www.anacem.cl/ plaintiffs crapped out and got an honest judge.  She ruled that the Trump administration is authorized to deport illegal alien gang members of Tren de Aragua under the Alien Enemy Act and upheld the deportation of the plaintiffs under that Act.

Presidents Obama and Clinton did not get this political interference from the courts when they deported hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens.  Neither did President Eisenhower on his mass deportation campaign codenamed Operation Wetback.  This is all about partisan judges forming "resistance" to President Trump.

Meanwhile a Democrat judge who abused her office to try to help an illegal alien criminal escape deportation has been indicted by a federal grandy jury on federal felony charges.  Wisconsin Democrat Judge Hannah Dugan faces a potential six years in federal prison for her actions.  Dugan had already been suspended from her office as a judge.
