SCOTUS gets one right on immigration in 8 to 1 decision reversing Obama judge | Eastern NC Now

involves illegal BIden "parole" for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens

ENCNow

The US Supreme Court by an 8 to 1 vote struck down a political ruling by an Obama judge and allowed the Trump administration's removal of "advance parole" for 350,000 illegal aliens from Venezuela to proceed.  The "advance parole" had stymied efforts to deport the illegal aliens.  Those deportations can now proceed.

Federal immigration law allows the executive branch to grant advance parole in individual cases upon detailed examination of each case.  The Biden regime made a mockery of this law by granting it in a blanket fashion over an internet app with no vetting whatsoever.  This gross misinterpretation violated the letter of the law, as the Trump administration told the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court agreed.

The only Supreme Court justice who voted against this common sense ruling by eight of her colleagues was radical Biden appointee Katanje Brown-Jackson.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration's first self-deportation flight of illegal aliens who voluntarily came forward to return to their home countries has taken off for Honduras and Columbia.

The gambit by the left / Democrats on deportation is delay, and how they accomplish that is "due process" hearings for deportees. It is already taking four years to get an immigration hearing from the time the matter is filed. If suddenly everybody deported had to have a full hearing, which was NOT done under Obama or Clinton, it would draw this out a whole lot more. This would stop most deportations in their tracks until after Trump's term was over. This CANNOT be allowed to happen.

It was a clear beautiful, royal blue sky day on Wall Street. The S & P futures were up markedly, awaiting a positive open, as I turn to get my first cup of coffee. I return to CNBC to get the morning business news, when I notice that the S & P futures are falling, and they're falling fast.
