Radical crooked Biden judge Brian Murphy of Massachusetts is part of the Judicial branch of the Democrat Party who is trying to thwart deportation of illegal alien criminals and gang members. These rabid Democrats want to keep illegal alien criminals here in the US and gum up the works on deporting them.

The latest skirmish involves the Department of Homeland Security deporting eight convicted murders and rapists to South Sudan. One of the deportees is a citizen of South Sudan and the others are from countries which refuse to take them back. Biden judge Murphy has whined that DHS may have circumvented his earlier order and suggested he might hold executive branch officials in contempt of court. He ordered the Trump administration to retain custody of the criminals in South Sudan for further orders of the court.

These rotten corrupt Biden and Obama judges want to leave these dangerous criminal illegal aliens wanting around on American streets where they are a danger to American citizens. It is these crooked political hack judges who are the ones beneath contempt.

All eight already had final deportation orders from immigration courts, as Kitmar Allbrego-Garcia did. They have had they day in court and due process. These corrupt Democrat judges are trying to pile hearing on top of hearing to drag the process out to prevent deportation of these criminals. These corrupt Democrat judges are enemies of America.

Most Biden judges are probably really AUTOPEN judges. Nobody knows who really appointed them. They all ought to be removed from office on that basis. Maybe Congress could pass a bill removing them from office unless within 6 months they could prove to House and Senate committees that Biden had knowingly nominated them.
