NV DHHS official admits he hides child castration surgeries from their parents | Eastern NC Now

A Nevada Department of Health and Human Services official has been caught on videotape boasting about sexual mutilation surgeries he has helped arrange for children.  Speaking of castration surgery on young boys, he said "parents do not need to know" and he avoided telling them.  If there was a problem with parent objections, he would just treat the child as a "runaway youth".  He also boasted about how he "bent the rules" to get Medicaid to pay for sexual mutilation surgeries for children.

Deshaun Mack admitted to doing this "a lot of times" and said "I do not see as many as I would enjoy seeing."

The Trump administration is taking steps to crack down on such sexual mutilation of children.  As the British National Health Service has told its doctors, gender confused children usually grow out of that confusion naturally and should not be permanently mutilated.
