UNC-Asheville dean fired for secretly continuing to push DEI | Eastern NC Now
Universtiy Board of Governors had banned DEI
Republicans, led by President Trump, are now pushing the racist and Marxist DEI ("Diversity, Equity, Inclusion") out of government and education. One of the actions to eliminate this race hustle was the Board of Governors of the UNC system banning it on their campuses.
Now a leftwing dean who tried to continue with DEI despite the ban has been fired for it. Meghan Pugh, who was Dean of Students at UNC-Asheville was caught on tape admitting that she was still pushing DEI on her campus and boasting "I love breaking rules". Now the appropriate action has been taken and she has been fired from that position.
One wonders what is going on with the DEI-loving leadership at Beaufort County Community College. Do we need some pink slips there?
