Federal district judge blisters Democrat judges for their judicial coup against Trump | Eastern NC Now

when will the Supreme Court shut down the circus by Democrat judges?

ENCNow

A federal district court judge used her ruling dismissing a political lawsuit by a teachers union to blast her Democrat colleagues for usurping power from the executive branch in what is rightly being called a judicial coup d'etat.  Federal District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil used strong language directed at Democrat judges who have been abusing their authority with politically motivated nationwide injunctions.

"Our democracy cannot very well function if individual judges issue extraordinary relief to every plaintiff who clamors to object to executive action," Judge Vyskocil declared, "It is not the role of a district court judge to direct the policies of the Executive Branch first and ask questions later."

Maybe this will help get the Supreme Court's attention to stop the Constitutional crisis stemming from the politically motivated abuse of power by Democrat district court judges.

At least one federal district court judge understands the Constitution and is willing to speak out on others who clearly do not.
