Thom Tillis stabs Trump and taxpayers in the back , votes AGAINST Big Beautiful Bill | Eastern NC Now
it is time to get Traitor Tillis OUT of the Senate
Liberal Republican / Undocumented Democrat Senator Thom Tillis (RINO-NC) followed through on his threat to stab President Trump and American taxpayers in the back. He voted NO on President Trump's Big Beautiful Bill. In doing so, Tillis voted to impose a $4Trillion tax increase on American taxpayers, against border wall construction, and for keeping the Green New Deal.
Tillis' public objections to the Big Beautiful Bill were 1) he objected to the No Tax on Tips provisions, 2) he wanted to keep the massive Green New Deal subsidies to the wind and solar boondoggles, and 3) he objected to cutting illegal aliens out of Medicaid, which they were not supposed to be on in the first place.
President Trump responded to Tillis' treachery with a long post blasting him on Truth Social including the line "maybe it is time that Tillis faced a primary challenge". Trump has also announced he will meet with Tillis' primary challengers
Now it is time for true Republicans to vote NO on Tillis in his 2026 primary.

After multiple stabs in the back of President Trump and the GOP by RINO Senator Thom Tillis, he has gone all-in on his treachery. Tillis has announced he will vote NO on Trump's Big Beautiful Bill. That means Tillis will in effect vote for a massive tax increase on Americans and against border security, and for keeping Biden's Green New Deal in place.
Tillis' position is promoting a $4Trillion tax increase on Americans.
Tillis has previously demanded that the Big Beautiful Bill be amended to protect Biden's massive Green New Deal subsidies to the wind and solar energy boondoggles. He also has a long history of backing amnesty for illegal aliens and has publicly opposed Trump's "no tax on tips"

Tillis seems to be whining now about Medicaid "cuts" in the bill, using Democrat fearmongering. The only real cuts to Medicaid in the bill are 1) to Medicaid going to illegal aliens who are not supposed to be getting it in the first place, and 2) to Medicaid fraud. So which is it Thommy boy? Is it the fraud you want to keep paying for or the illegal aliens?

We need a senator with a conservative Republican agenda, not a Greta Thunberg agenda. Don Brown is my choice in 2026.

Tillis MUST be defeated in 2026. He and Roy Cooper are two peas in a leftwing pod. I held my nose to vote for Tillis against my better judgment in the general election before as the lesser of the evils, but he is as big an evil as any Democrat. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Lets do all we can to take him down in the primary so we can get a senator we can be proud of, unlike the embarassment that Thom Tillis has been. If Tillis survives to the general election, I just won't vote in the senate race because there is not a dimes worth of difference between him and Cooper.
