Total hypocrisy from Obama SCOTUS Justice Kagan on nationwide district ct injunctions | Eastern NC Now

When it comes to rogue district court judges issuing nationwide injunctions, Democrat Justice Kagan, an Obama appointee, has been caught in brazen hypocrisy.  In 2022, when Biden held the presidency, Kagan appeared at a function at Northwestern University Law School in which she explained why district court judges should NOT have the power to issue nationwide injunctions.  This year, she took the opposite position with Trump as president, saying they can.  She was against it before she was for it.  It all seems to depend on who is sitting in the Oval Office at the time.

Americans deserve better on our Supreme Court than a political hack like Kagan.
