Biden's White House doctor was called before Congress to testify concerning the coverup of http://convocation.riphahfsd.edu.pk/ Biden's mental breakdown and dementia. Dr. Kevin O'Connor refused to testify. Instead he plead the FIfth Amendment, refusing to testify on the grounds he would incriminate himself.
In one sense, it is telling that he now regards his coverup actions as being criminal.
