ouster organized by Dem. Congressman Hakeem Jeffries in partisan attack on Rule of Law
UPDATE: President Trump and AG Pam Bondi have thwarted a sinister Democrat Judicial insurrection in New Jersey that had appeared to have ousted Interim US Attorney Alina Habba. Habba is now back in place as Acting US Attorney.
Because the GOP Senate leadership under Thune has been inefficient, Habba had not been brought up for a confirmation vote yet and her 120 days in interim capacity as US Attorney for New Jersey was about to expire. It is routine for such terms to just be extended, but in this case Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries demanded that the overwhelming Democrat majority of federal district judges in New Jersey vote to oust her from her position. Jeffries publicly demanded that they oust Habba over the justified indictment of a Democrat congresswoman who is on video physically assaulting ICE officers. The Democrat judges bowed to Jeffries' demands in blatantly partisan fashion.
Pam Bondi also fired the woman that the Democrat judges tried to insert in Habba's place, so that she no longer even works for the US Attorney's Office.
Thanks to partisan Democrat judges, our federal courts are now a regular Tammany Hall.

In a partisan campaign orchestrated by House Democrat leader Hakeem Jeffries, the Democrat judges in New Jersey, appointed by Obama and by Biden's autopen, have voted to oust President Trump's appointee as US Attorney for New Jersey. They replaced her with a holdover Democrat, who was then fired by US Attorney General Pam Bondi. This ouster of Habba could only happen because John Thune has been very slack getting confirmations through the Senate.
"US Attorney Habba has been doing a great job making New Jersey safe again," Bondi declared, "Nonetheless, politically minded judges refused to allow her to continue in her position." She added "The Department of Justice does not tolerate rogue judges, especially when they threaten the President's core Article II powers." The Democrats targeted Habba because she dared prosecute a radical Democrat congresswoman who assaulted ICE officers.

The American public expects its judicial system to be impartial and objective. When Democrat federal judges continually play the political card, and this is by far the most extreme case as they fell in line with the demands of a major Democrat political leader, they are doing great damage to the reputation of our courts with the American people. That damage will not be easy to repair.

If a group of military officers plotted to seizer Presidential power the way these Democrat hack judges do, they would be arrested for treason. The same thing should happen to these despicable Obama and Biden judges. Lock them up.

It is way past time to start ousting some of these stinking Democrat federal judges. Throw the bums OUT! We can start with Congress declaring all the Biden autopen judicial appointments VOID. Obama and Biden judges are a threat to democracy.
