Judicial coup blocked - Appeals ct reverses Biden judge on Temp. Protected Status | Eastern NC Now

Another  corrupt politically motivated roadblock from a crooked Biden autopen judge has been removed by an Appellate Court.  The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has unanimously lifted the nationwide injunction that a San Francisco based Biden autopen appointed district court judge had imposed against the Trump administration on the revocation of Temporary Protected Status for citizens of Honduras, Haiti, and Nepal.

Temporary Protected Status can be granted for citizens of countries where a natural disaster has occurred to let them live and work in the US until repairs in their home country allow them to return.  It is supposed to be just that - temporary.  For these three countries, the earthquakes in Haiti and Nepal, and the hurricane in Honduras all happened many years ago with repairs long since completed, but the Temporary Protected Status was just routinely renewed when it expired for years on end.  This amounted to backdoor amnesty.

The Trump administration announced that this time it actually would end, like it was supposed to long ago.  When a lawsuit was brought by a Soros organization, the Biden judge presiding issued her injunction based on her declaring it was "racist" to end the status.  There you go, political reasoning is all this political hack judge used to abuse her power.  Now the adults in the room have put her in her place and these entitled foreign citizens will have to go home, as they should have many years ago.
