USDOE finds "trans" policies of 5 VA school districts violate TItle IX, cuts funds | Eastern North Carolina Now

"transgender" policies violated rights of women and girls

ENCNow

The United States Department of Education is cutting funds to five school districts in northern Virginia after finding that their "transgender" policies violate the rights of women and girls under Title IX of the Civil Rights Act.  The districts impacted are Arlington, Alexandria, Loudon County, Prince William County, and Fairfax County.

The USDOE has put them in a "high risk" category, where they must apply for federal reimbursement instead of getting federal money upfront.  They will have to  show that they are complying with federal law, including Title IX, to get those reimbursements.  So if the defiance on refusing to protect the rights of women and girls continues, they will not be eligible for those reimbursement.

One of these districts just days ago suspended two students for daring to complain about a student of the opposite sex in their locker room and even videoing there.
